OUR STORY
BPTI RF is a spin-off/spin-out from a privately owned research institute Baltic Institute of Advanced Technology (BPTI) when BPTI successfully implemented R&D projects in RF field and its results were ready to be commercialised.

OUR EXPERIENCE
BPTI RF team has a vast experience in hybrid and integrated mm-Wave circuit design. This includes designs based on CMOS, BiCMOS and III-V semiconductor technologies, radar receiver and transmitter front-ends and ad hoc implementation.
